Learning Objectives and Program Content: The panelists will discuss their own experiences working within a multi-generational workplace, including their own perceptions and stereotypes about how individual age cohorts impact business success. The program objective is to begin to identify those behaviors and attitudes that will contribute to building a successful age-inclusive workplace culture. The attendees can then bring what they have learned back to their own workplace situations and hopefully make a positive impact.

Panelist bios:

Allie Golden, PMP is a risk and financial advisory manager specializing in forensic account services. She is passionate about improving the talent experience and empowering women in the workforce. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering for the Hokies, Caps, and Nationals.

Scott Betterly, CPA, CGFM is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Federal Audit Practice with over seven years of experience in federal audit and commercial services. He has served as a Performance Management Leader for firm employees for over two years and has been a facilitator for multiple National and Regional Audit programs.

Camelia Fawzy, DM, MBA is a successful organizational development consultant and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of leadership experience in multicultural settings. Using evidence-based research, Camelia assists business leaders in adapting their organizational culture to changes inherent to fast growth, acquisitions or development of complex and innovative projects. She facilitates the implementation of a strategic Inclusive Management approach, coaching leaders through a process of implementing change that leads to enhanced ethical decision making and creation of inclusive social environments, in which employees with multi- generational and culturally diverse backgrounds can thrive and optimize their talents, skills and creativity.

Kit Meyer, CPA, PMP, is a Senior Manager with Blake Willson Group, LLC. His 9 years of experience includes policy development for the banking industry in the wake of the financial crisis of 2008, commercial and federal financial statement audits, and federal consulting within the Intelligence Community and civilian agencies.
